Are there any other requirements to be licensed?

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Submit the application and the appropriate fees
• Must have general liability insurance in an amount not less than $50,000

When do the license expire?

Licenses are renewed for a two (2) year term from the date of issuance. At least one (1) month before the license expires, the Commission will send a notice to the licensee at the last known address of the licensee.
