Are there any experience requirements to be licensed?
No, however, applicants must have 48 hours of an on-site training course approved by the Commission.
Are there any other requirements to be licensed?
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Submit the application and the appropriate fees
- Must have general liability insurance in an amount not less than $50,000
When do the license expire?
Licenses are renewed for a two (2) year term from the date of issuance. At least one (1) month before the license expires, the Commission will send a notice to the licensee at the last known address of the licensee.
Are there any Continuing Education requirements to renew a license?
No
