Course Description
The prerequisite for this course is the satisfactory completion of the 45 Hour Salesperson Qualifying Course. Completion of the course lessons and proctored final exam plus prior completion of the 45hr Salesperson Qualifying course qualify you to take the state licensing exam for Salesperson in the state of New York. Covers Commercial & Investment Properties, Income Tax Issues in Real Estate Transactions, Condominiums & Cooperatives, Taxes & Assessments.
