Course Description
This course will allow the student to gain knowledge and an understanding of such important topics as Principles of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Leases, and Environmental Regulations to name a few. The student will also be able to identify such things the purpose of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (ILSFDA) as well as the ability to explain the purpose of the Brownfield Economic Redevelopment Initiative.This course satisfies 30 hours of Broker Prelicense credit for Pennsylvania.
Valuation of Residential Properties
Course Description
This course covers the principles and practices of real estate appraisal, including general data analysis, residential real estate markets, neighborhood analysis, site description and analysis, highest and best use, specific data analysis, improvement analysis, principles of value, gross rent multiplier, and special appraisal techniques. The course also cover the three approaches to value- - sales comparison (or market data), cost, and income- - along with case studies and practice exercises pertaining to each approach. Real estate professionals who complete this course will have a thorough understanding of the steps involved in the appraisal process.
