Course Description
The purpose of this course is to provide recently licensed standard salespersons with a high level of knowledge and understanding regarding key areas of real estate practice. This Commercial Module develops key areas in which a salesperson engaging in brokerage and/or management of commercial properties would be expected to be proficient.
When taken along with the 7-hour General Module, this 7-hour course meets the 14-hour continuing education requirement for a salesperson taking continuing education for the first time.
Pennsylvania General Module
Course Description
This course is required to be taken by all standard salespersons taking continuing education for the first time. An additional 7 hour Residential or Commercial module must be taken for the first renewal. The content focuses on content applicable to all salespersons and covers the following important topics:- Duties of licensees
